Ambassador Living makes charity Christmas pledge to Cash for Kids

Homebuilder donates £1k for every home reserved before Christmas Eve

Scottish based premium homebuilder, Ambassador Living is getting into the Christmas spirit of giving by pledging an impressive cash donation to children’s charity, Cash for Kids.

Ambassador Living will donate £1,000 to Cash for Kids for every house sold between now and Christmas Eve. The generous homebuilder has a portfolio of developments across Scotland, including the newly launched development at Forthview, South Queensferry and the coveted Park Quadrant Residences in Glasgow’s West End – which has launched its festive film showing its vision for the festive season.

The final total will be handed over on Boxing Day, stretching out the Christmas spirit that extra bit in 2020, when support for charities is needed more than ever.

Cash for Kids supports children and young people affected by poverty, abuse, neglect, life-limiting illness and those who have additional support needs. With 22 locations across the UK, every penny raised in each area stays local.

Gordon Coster, Managing Director of Ambassador Living, said: “Christmas is a special time of year, especially during the current pandemic, for children across Scotland. It’s a time for reflection, caring for one another and giving, which is why we are pledging our support to Cash for Kids this Christmas.

“We know our purchasers will feel good at the time of their home reservation in December, and we hope that our plans will go some way to share this goodwill by supporting young people across Scotland. Our team and showhomes remain open so I would urge anyone interest to speak to us and help make a difference this Christmas.”

All Ambassador living developments remain open by appointment this winter, including the show home at Park Quadrant Residences in Glasgow.. The four-bedroom duplex spans 1,800 square feet with generous double-height ceilings, underfloor heating and quality finishes throughout. Located in one of Scotland’s most desirable addresses it is regarded as the missing piece of Glasgow’s history.

The development, now in its final phase, has less than 20 apartments remaining. A range of two, three and four bedroom apartments and duplexes are available with prices currently from £405,000.
