Fancy some CBD infused drinks? Well now is your chance!


VEGA, Yotel's rooftop bar, has unveiled a limited-edition cocktail menu with a pioneering CBD. Enjoy them while they last though as they will only be available until Sunday 24th October.


Collaborating with award-winning local business, Hashtag Organics, the menu features their organic, CBD-infused water-soluble solution. The cutting edge solution is also rich in vitamin C and B12 and made in Glasgow.


The limited-edition drinks menu has two signature serves on offer: The Cloud 9 - a classic rum daiquiri with Dead Man’s Fingers, lime juice and Hashtag Organics CBD drops. Or there’s the refreshing Rhubarb & Chill - made with Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger gin, lemon juice, mint and CBD drops.

Fancy making some of these tasty drinks for yourself? Here's what you'll need to get started!


Cloud 9 Cocktail Ingredients:


  • 50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum

  • 25ml Sugar syrup

  • 25ml Lime juice

  • 3 drops Hashtag Organics water soluble CBD

Method:


  1. Add all ingredients into a Boston shaker

  2. Add five cubes of ice

  3. Shake for 15 seconds

  4. Double strain into a coupe glass

  5. Garnish with candy floss in paper-cone clipped to the glass.




Rhubarb & Chill cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger gin

  • 25ml Lemon juice

  • 25ml Sugar syrup

  • 6 mint leaves

  • 3 drops Hashtag Organics water soluble CBD

Method:

  1. Add your ingredients into shaker

  2. Add five cubes of ice

  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds

  4. Double strain.

  5. Fill the glass with crushed ice

  6. Pour the drink in.

  7. Add more crushed ice

  8. Top up with soda

  9. Add a garnish of choice
