Final release at Pace Hill

Near the beautiful Lochleven Castle is the small town of Milnathort where the award-winning Dundas Estates are currently building a new housing development on Pace Hill. Most of the properties have already been grabbed, but there are eight homes left available which will soon be released.

If you’re interested in buying a property on this development, then you are urged to register your interest since these properties are expected to sell out quickly like they have done before.

These will be the final homes of the 77 properties to go on the market, which included 10 affordable homes. There are a wide variety of homes available for different buyers’ needs, as the properties are a mix of two, three, four and five bedrooms. Pace Hill development designs include traditional layouts or open-plan living depending on how you want your house to feel. Every house includes guaranteed fitted, top of the range kitchen appliances, UPVC double glazed windows, insulated front and rear doors and roof-mounted solar panels. Although solar panels in Scotland may sound strange, they are a terrific strategy as part of Dundas Estates energy efficiency.

Dundas Estates names each of its house types with traditional Scottish names such as McArthur, Matheson and Carnegie. For those who are unsure what type of house to buy, Dundas has some wonderful videos which demonstrate each named building type.

For those still unsure about whether this is a great investment, the location is perfect. Although situated in the countryside, the development has good links to Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee via the M90. The town itself has a number of pubs and cafes along with a primary school. It is also a mile and half from Kinross, which has Kinross High School and everything else you might need.

Heather Birrell, Sales Manager at Pace Hill, said: “After selling over a third of our homes at the development in less than a year, these final properties represent the last chance for buyers to grab their ideal countryside home. This has been our fastest selling development over the last 12 months with buyers ranging from downsizers to families, culminating in a strong and diverse community located in an idyllic village. Pace Hill has everything buyers are looking for in a country escape, but offers excellent transport links to a number of cities around Scotland. We would urge anyone interested in buying a property at Pace Hill to enquire as soon as possible before our fastest selling development is completely sold out.”

Dundas Estates has built many well-designed homes. As a proudly independent and Scottish owned company, it is a perfect place to start buying homes, whether you are upgrading or downsizing.
